Analog Collage Artist

Ayse Derin Ergenc is a self-taught analog collage artist from Istanbul, who is on a mission to guide people establish a “deep connection with themselves and their creative powers”.

In line with this purpose, she co-founded ‘Istanbul Collage Lab’, an inclusive collage collective that organizes gatherings and workshops. She also runs ‘Derin Art Room’, a dedicated space where she explores and shares her artistic journey through exhibitions, workshops, and community projects.

Approaching her creative practice from the perspective of both storyteller and a philosopher. She draws from the persona of old archetypes, inspired by the scale of human emotions. Her work is aesthetically rooted in landscapes and can be recognized through layered mountains, hands, various animals, and buildings.
